Yes, it could charge iphone 13. You can just use the usb-c to lightning cable comes with your phone.

Yes it’s USB PD 20W. Charges your phone faster than any other small brick. it fast charges my Galaxy S10+ by using a USB-C to USB-C cable.

I haven’t timed it but this seems to be pretty on par. I have a 13 pro and it charges to full within an hour on this thing.
