You may request repair or replacement of the product(s) you purchased from Kovol's official store or authorized reseller, if said product(s) turns out to be defective during the warranty period.
REGISTER YOUR PRODUCT(S) AND GET AN EXTRA 12-MONTH WARRANTY
All Kovol products come with a standard 12-month warranty. Products ordered on www.kovolinc.com will automatically have their warranty extended to 24 months at time of purchase. However, if you purchased a Kovol product from Amazon or another authorized reseller, registration of the product is required to get the additional 12-month warranty, or to submit any warranty claim.
WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESSProvide sufficient proof of purchase*
Provide a detailed a description of the product defect(s)
Provide the serial number(s) of product(s) if severely damaged
Return the defective product(s) for inspection**
*Valid proof of purchase made through Kovol or Kovol's authorized resellers:
-Order number from online purchases
-Digital or paper sales invoice
-Dated sales receipt
-Online payment voucher
**Shipping costs of returning defective product(s) are the responsibility of the buyer.
Situations Not Covered:
It is impossible to file a warranty claim under these situations:
- Insufficient proof of purchase
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers
- Lost or stolen product(s)
- Expired warranty period
- Products obtained for free or from giveaways
- Damage caused bythird-party repair
- External factors (fire, flood, outage, chemical corrosion, etc.)
- Damage from misuse of products (falls, extreme temperatures, water submersion, improper operation, etc.)
