Products can be returned for a full refund without a reason within 30 calendar days after the date of your purchase. Once our warehouse receives the returned item for inspection, the refund process will begin. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • Lost or stolen product(s)
  • 30-day period expired
  • Products obtained for free or from giveaways
  • Damage caused by third-party repair
  • External factors(fire, flood, outage, chemical corrosion, etc.)
